SignLive is an online video interpreting service that connects individuals with qualified British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters.
We have partnered with SignLive to offer our guests the option to communicate using BSL.
Your SignLive interpreter serves as the intermediary between you and a member of our team.
How do I use Sign Live?
When you first use SignLive you’ll need to create a free account with them.
To use the SignLive interpretation service you’ll either need:
- A computer with a webcam, microphone and speakers.
- A tablet.
- A smartphone.
The device must be on WiFi or have a good mobile signal so you don’t lose connection.
Find your chosen attraction under the Community Directory and tap ‘call’. This is a free service available when our phonelines are open.
At LEGOLAND Windsor, we offer BSL interpretation for our Entertainment Shows:
At this current time, we are internally reviewing our BSL offering here at the Resort and awaiting further updates from our Entertainment Team as to when we can expect dates for shows which are BSL interpreted this year. We appreciate your patience in the matter, but please be sure to check back on this page for the 2025 season BSL calendar.
Our dedicated BSL Interpreter is Anny Warren, who works at Merlin Entertainments for LEGOLAND Windsor as well as the London attractions. Anny has been signing at LEGOLAND Windsor since 2021 and you can search the LEGOLAND social pages via Facebook.
