FAQs

LEGOLAND® houses some of the most famous rides and attractions, providing unique experiences for children and families of all ages. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a visit filled with thrill, the LEGOLAND® theme park has it all!

LEGOLAND Windsor is designed for kids aged 2–12. Toddlers and little ones thrive in the DUPLO area and on the gentler rides, while kids aged 5–8 tend to get the most out of the themed lands, character meet and greets, and rides like the DUPLO Dino Coaster and LEGO NINJAGO® The Ride. Older kids aged 9–12 can take on bigger thrills like Minifigure Speedway and Flight of the Sky Lion.

LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort is packed with over 55 interactive rides, shows, and attractions tailored for kids of all ages and heights. From thrilling roller coasters to creative LEGO® building zones and a dedicated DUPLO® area for toddlers, there’s something for every young adventurer at this exciting kids theme park.

For a 7-year-old, LEGOLAND Windsor is hard to beat. At this age, kids are right in the sweet spot for the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort – confident enough to tackle bigger rides like Minifigure Speedway and Flight of the Sky Lion, but still fully immersed in the LEGO world they love. Chessington suits a similar age range, but LEGOLAND Windsor's hands-on building, themed lands, and LEGO experiences give it an edge for 7-year-olds.

There are over 55 rides, attractions and live shows at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. With 11 themed lands to explore, you’ll want to plan your visit in advance to make the most of the day.

Adult LEGO fans are more than welcome, and many adults find the giant LEGO builds, Miniland, and the creative zones every bit as impressive as the rides. That said, this theme park is designed first and foremost for families, so it’s at its best when you bring the kids along.

While parks like Alton Towers and Thorpe Park skew older, LEGOLAND Windsor is built around families with kids aged 2–12. The focus on LEGO play, hands-on building, and age-appropriate thrills makes it one of the most distinctive theme parks in the UK for younger families.

In terms of rides and attractions for families, LEGOLAND Windsor is one of the largest and most popular theme parks in the UK with over 55 rides, attractions and live shows across 11 themed lands. While parks like Alton Towers have a larger footprint overall, no other UK theme park offers the same combination of LEGO experiences, family-friendly thrills, and hands-on play all in one place.

Day tickets to the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort start from £32 per person when booked online in advance – saving up to £36 vs. walk-up price. For frequent visitors, an Annual Pass from £64 offers the best value of all.

Little ones are well looked after at Windsor’s LEGOLAND Theme Park. Firm favourites for younger children include the DUPLO Dino Coaster, Fairy Tale Brook, LEGO City Driving School, Balloon School, and Autumn’s Riding Adventure. Many rides have no height restriction, so even the smallest builders can join in the fun.
