The opening hours and operating days at LEGOLAND Windsor vary. Please visit our opening times page or download the official LEGOLAND app to check the hours of operation on specified days.
Guests are welcome to enter the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort to visit The LEGO Store.* Please visit our Ticket Office in The Beginning Area where you will be charged a full-priced entry ticket for you to go through the turnstiles. We allow 45 minutes for you to fulfil your shopping. You will then be required to return to the Ticket Office to receive a refund for your entry ticket.
* Please note: This service will be unavailable if we have reached our Theme Park capacity. The car parking grace period is 1 hour. Therefore, past this point, you will need to purchase a parking ticket if you have arrived by car.
If you have changed your mind about a retail merchandise product purchased from one of our retail outlets; we will be happy to help. Simply visit one of our shops at the Resort within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange; ensuring the below criteria are met:
- The product is in the original packaging and in a resalable condition
- The product is unused, undamaged and unopened with all contents intact
- Provide the original itemised receipt when returning the product
