Can I go into LEGOLAND before or after the party?
Tickets are available for an exclusive rate; this exclusive offer is only valid to those attending the LEGOLAND Birthday and can only be redeemed on the date of your booking.
Do Annual Passholders get a discount?
Yes! Merlin Annual Pass and LEGOLAND Annual Passholders can receive an exclusive rate on our Standard and Premium LEGOLAND Playroom packages. Please contact the team directly for further information.
What happens if a guest is unable to attend on the day?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund if the cancellation is within ten days of your booking. You are still able to receive all the stated inclusions for the paid guest, or alternatively you can bring another guest in their place. Please note in this occasion, we are unable to adjust any food and beverage preferences.
How do I add guests onto my booking?
Please contact the team if you wish to add guests to your existing booking. For this to be accommodated, payment must be made at least 10 days prior to the date of your booking.
Are adults permitted to attend?
Adults are welcome to attend any LEGOLAND Birthday at no additional cost. Unfortunately, they will not receive any inclusions of the LEGOLAND Birthday. All guests must purchase a standard day ticket if they wish to access the park before, during or after the party.
Can I bring my own Birthday cake?
Yes - you are welcome to bring your own birthday cake, however, candles are not provided, meaning, you must bring your own standard cake candles or number candles. Please note that the use of sparklers is prohibited.
Can I provide any additional food and beverage?
Due to restrictions regarding allergies, we are unable to allow any external food into the LEGOLAND Playroom or Bricks Family Restaurant. If you have any concerns surrounding dietary requirements, please contact a member of the team who would be delighted to assist. You are able to purchase soft and hot beverages from the Pirate Deck Bar.
Is there a minimum and maximum number of guests?
All of our LEGOLAND Playroom packages necessitate a minimum of ten and a maximum of thirty guests.
Can I change the date of my booking if required?
Due to the high demand and limited availability of our packages, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate any requested changes in dates. If you require a date change, please enquire with one of our team members for further assistance.
